Free Shipping Threshold

  • We are pleased to offer Free Standard Shipping on all U.S. orders over $100.00.

  • Orders below the threshold will be charged a shipping fee calculated at checkout.

International Shipping

  • International orders are shipped via USPS International, UPS, or FedEx International.

  • Delivery times typically range from 7–21 business days, depending on the destination and customs clearance.

  • Customs duties, taxes, and import fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Tracking Orders

Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages

  • L'Essence is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or damaged in transit.

  • If an issue occurs, please file a claim directly with the carrier.
